Since discovering Blinds On Time last year, you have become an important resource in my bag of secrets to help create fabulous rooms for my clients - on any budget. The quality, price and custom service available through you is simply the best out there! My clients (I am an interior decorator) have been consistently pleased with a wide variety of your products - sometimes even happily stunned at the quality and affordability. Also, unlike other companies I have worked with, you have ALWAYS delivered when you promised. Amazing.

"I owe BlindsOnTime.com a big thank you. They are a great customer-oriented place with whom I recommend doing business.

I had ordered blinds from BlindsOnTime.com but I was disappointed in my personal choice. I was rather upset with my perceived difference between their quality and how the original manufacturer had marketed them. This was NOT any fault of BlindsOnTime.com. 

Shortly after getting the blinds, BlindsOnTime contacted me with an UNSOLICITED follow-up. How is that for service? Well, I responded with some rather pointed criticism and complaints about the blinds. Despite the tone of my comments, their customer service representative Lidia was nice, polite, and patient. She sent me a better choice of blinds for free. 

Given that I went with BlindsOnTime.com for their low prices and selection, I was very pleased to find out they offer fantastic customer service. Thanks Lidia and BlindsOnTime.com!

I wanted to take just a minute to let you know what a terrific  customer service professional you have in Lidia.   I called her yesterday with questions about roller shades. She was extremely helpful and patient.  Then, I had additional questions this morning about how installation will work once we receive the shades.    Again, she did what it took to help me understand…even walking me through the installation instructions on the manufacturer’s website.   When I told how much I appreciated her help her reply was, “That’s my job.”   You indeed have a gem in Lidia. We have your shades installed in our living room and LOVE them.  Your customer service, quality, and ease of installation brought us back when we needed shades for another room! Thanks so much for offering excellent quality at a good price.  And most of all thank you for your commitment to customers!

                      I have placed three orders recently and all were received faster than expected.  All eight blinds I have ordered fit perfectly and have been easy to install.  Total cost was a little higher than Wal-Mart but well worth the difference to get a high quality product that fits and works very well.  I will be ordering some more blinds when I get around to some more home improvements.  Thanks for your fast and accurate service.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, I am quite happy with my blind - a little light does come through along the sides but otherwise it's great. With the clear instructors and complete kit you provide, I was able to install it all by myself :)

I'm considering getting more for a 2nd bedroom and my living room.

My wife and I love our new blinds.  Excellent price, prompt customer service, good delivery time frame, dimensions were correct.  Everything was great, no complaints and nothing bad to say about your company at all.  All positives for me.  I have other windows as we finish our basement that I'll need blinds for, and I'll probably use your company for them as well.
