A: The production times vary depending on the products and any additional specifications you make to your order. Allow Approximately:

Q: How do I know the color I see online is correct?
A: Depending on how each computer is set up, colors may vary. We suggest you take advantage of our free samples. We will send as many products as you like and up to 10 swatches. Go to our samples page, select the product/colors you would like to see and they will be mailed out to you, FOR FREE!

A: Most of our fabrics are going to be made out of a polyester or polyester blend.

Q: What steps do I need to take before I order my window treatments?
A: Make note of any features your window has. Ex: window crank or decorative molding. Choose how your window treatment will be mounted, inside or outside mount. An inside mount is mounted inside your window frame. An outside mount is mounted on the frame or on the wall in order to cover the entire window frame.

Q: Is there a difference in the BlindsOnTime Brands versus Bali, Levelor, Comfortex, or Graber?
A: Bali, Levelor, Comfortex and Graber are our premium brands and therefore are going to offer a large selection of features. BlindsOnTime brands carry the most popular features at a more economical price.
Q: What is the policy for returns, exchange, and cancellation?
A: All of our window treatments are custom made to your specifications. For this reason, items can not be returned except for warranty or repair. Exchanges are not permitted. Any cancellation to an order must be made within a 12 hr period from the time the order was placed. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. For more details see our returns and warranty.
Q: What products are recommended for kitchens and bathrooms with high moisture?
A: Faux wood blind are a great choice for high humidity rooms. They will not warp or discolor with moisture as some treatments may and are easily wiped down when in need of cleaning. A roller screen is also a nice choice for these areas.
Q: Is it hard to maintain and clean my window treatments?
A: No. Most blinds and shades can be cleaned with an attachment from your vacuum or a simple feather duster. See our care and handling instructions for information specific you your type of window treatment.

A: Any window treatment can help reduce your energy loss. Cellular shades and Roller screens are a good choice. They will help trap cool air in the in summer and trap heat in the winter.

A: We will handle the shipping company on your behalf and insure you receive a new order.
In this case: Inspect your package/merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you box is damaged do not open it/ reject it. You have 7 days to contact us concerning the damage in order for us to work to get your merchandise replaced at no charge to you. If you do not inform us within 7 days from delivery we cannot guarantee replacement.
Q: Do you supply all the necessary hardware for the installation of my window coverings?
A: Yes. All the hardware such as installation brackets, screws and instructions are included with your order. If you need projection brackets they must be requested with order. Spacer blocks or shims would need to be found at your local hardware store.
